Sarasota is a city south (across a bridge) of Longboat Key on Florida’s Gulf Coast that was once the winter home of the Ringling Brothers Circus. Today, it hosts a number of cultural institutes, notably the Ringling Museum of Art, which showcases old masters and modern art. It’s also the gateway to miles of beaches with fine sand and shallow waters, such as Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach.
St. Armands Key is an island in Sarasota Bay off the west coast of Florida in the United States. It is part of the city of Sarasota, Florida. The island is connected to the mainland by the John Ringling Causeway and connected to Longboat Key to the north by the N Boulevard of the Presidents bridge.
Veranda Beach Club is located along some 250 feet (76 meters) of powdery white, sandy beach on an exclusive island near Sarasota, with the best in water sports and recreation. If tennis is your game, Veranda offers two outdoor courts for perfecting your serve, or if racquetball is more your style, you’ll find an air-conditioned court to play ball.
