- Who can add pictures of previous vacations?: Family members wishing to add pictures of their previous vacations need to contact the administrator who will upload the pictures.
Timeshares For Rent & Sale
- What is the process for renting timeshares: A rental agreement is emailed to the renter to sign and return. A 50% deposit is required up front. A confirmation is then provided to the rentor. Once the rentor receives the confirmation in their name, the balance of the rental fee is due.
- What is the process for purchasing a timeshare?: Once an agreement has been made on the purchase price the transfer and closing will be handled by an independent closing company. All funds will be held in escrow until the timeshare has been transferred to the buyer.
